Shipping policy


Product orders must be placed by Users aged 18 (eighteen) or over (individuals under this age must have authorisation from their representatives). The elements and information transmitted by the User shall enjoy full legal effect, recognising the User's electronic purchases, and the User may not allege the lack of signature for failure to comply with the obligations assumed. 

1. Shipping costs

    • We offer free shipping, with no minimum order value.

    For any information on returns and exchanges, please see our policy on REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES.

    You are responsible for any damage suffered by the goods during return shipping. We therefore strongly recommend that you send the products well packed, in good condition and in their original box and/or packaging.

    Customs costs relating to the country of delivery of the order will be borne by the customer.

    2. Delivery times

    THE Nº55 will ship the product(s) ordered from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 7pm, except on public holidays

    Orders have an approximate delivery time for Portugal, at the address indicated by you when placing the order, of 1 to 3 working days after receipt of payment. The rest of the zones have a delivery time of 1-5 working days, it can extend if the country is not a member of the European Union and has to go through customs clearance. 

    THE Nº55's ability to respond within these deadlines depends, however, on the availability of stock and cannot be guaranteed during periods of promotions, sales and the Christmas season.

    Upon delivery, the User should inspect the package for possible damage. If You find that the products are damaged You should not accept delivery of the package and it will be returned. You should report this, with photos if possible, to contact@then55.com  and if You agree, THE Nº55 will reship the package at no cost to You. If the User wishes to cancel the order, the total amount paid for the order will be refunded.

    If you notice that an item is missing, or if an item is exchanged, please contact us within a maximum of 24 hours after receipt of the material via email to contact@then55.com 

    It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible if an order is returned to us due to an incorrect and/or incomplete address. If you decide to change your shipping address, please write to us at contact@then55.com  as soon as you place your order.

    If the transport company informs us about delayed delivery, we will inform you and continue to track the order. You can cancel the order if the delivery is delayed for more than 30 days and the delay is not due to you.

    Delivery is deemed to have taken place upon signature on the delivery receipt at the agreed address.

    If a returned item is shipped internationally, please mark it as "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid customs charges. We are not responsible for any charges imposed on returned orders by Customs.
